In the event that chemicals or hazardous materials are encountered other than already known to <br /> PHS/EHD, site safety officer will notify PHS/EHD immediately and in no case later than 24 <br /> hours after such materials are encountered. <br /> I. The following safety equipment and clothing shall be worn at job site as per code #29CFR- <br /> 1910-120. (Class D) <br /> 1. Safety goggles 3. Steel-toe shoes <br /> 2. Hard hats 4.
