Nos. 1, 1, 2 <br />The secondary containment system of subject tanks will be continuously <br />monitored by a Pollulert electronic monitor using liquid sensing probes set <br />to immediate response time. These electronic monitoring panels (station) <br />are located in building 330. <br />The electronic monitor will be tested daily by person designated by operator. <br />In the case of an alarm condition, the designated person will immediately <br />contact the Distribution Facility Maintenance Supervisor who will make <br />arrangements to remedy the situation causing the alarm condition. Remedies <br />will be'coordinated with: Engineering Division, Office of Contracting, and <br />Environmental Protection Office. And do a annual inspection and P.N. of the <br />three underground tanks by a qualified maintenance person. <br />In the case of an emergency ( e.g. spill),ial *911. Sharpe's fire <br />department will respond along with other members of the spill response team <br />if required by the incident on-site commander. They will prepare Run Report <br />describing the spill and the clean-up effort. <br />If response, repair, clean-up, and resumption of normal operations occurs <br />within 8 hours of initial alarm the incident will be recorded in an on-site <br />logbook. <br />If the response to the alarm condition cannot be rectified within 8 hours. <br />then notify Sharpe's Environmental Protection Office at Ext. 2093 and San <br />Joaquin County Public Health Service Environmental Health Division at <br />(209) 568-3440/3420. <br />Person or office allowed to authorize the aforementioned work are: <br />Name or Office <br />Fac.
