The actions listed herein are <br />the immediate actions and the actions due on the 1st and 15th <br />of September 1993. <br />a. Building 380 <br />1) Tank #64 - Bi -weekly tank gauging began on <br />July 23, 1993. <br />2) Tank nos. 3 and 8 - Reference the alarm status on <br />these tanks. A limited inspection was performed the following <br />day for loose or broken wires, stuck sensors, etc. We were <br />unable to detect any obvious problems. As a result, a contract <br />was issued to Banks and Company of Fresno, California for tear <br />down and repair of the alarm system, with a scheduled <br />completion date of not later than September 23, 1993. <br />b. Building 330 <br />The leak detected inside the generator facility was <br />corrected on July 21, 1993. <br />
