BOX 960001 1 F' �-° <br />STOCKTON, CA 95296- 0710 <br />For your information, enclosed is the Underground Storage Tank (UST) Removal Report and <br />associated documents for UST #83, Sharpe Facility, Lathrop, CA, which was removed under the <br />oversite of San Joaquin County's Environmental Health Division (SJCEHD). Contractor (Oil <br />Equipment Service) submitted report to SJCEHD. <br />The UST removed was a 55 -gallon steel drum. Based upon findings described in the report <br />prepared by Condor Earth Technologies, Inc. (subcontractor for Oil Equipment Service), no <br />further action is recommended. Confirmatory sampling and analysis of the excavation indicates <br />that all constituents tested for were none detect at or above laboratory detection limits. The <br />excavated soil, which contained lead detectable levels of toluene, lead and motor oil, was trucked <br />off depot for disposal. <br />If you have any questions, please contact Mr. John Guzman, Environmental Engineer, <br />(209) 982-2093. <br />Sincerely, <br />DAVID C.
