Enclosed are <br />the following documents relative to this project: <br />1. Manifest upon which rinsate and sludge were shipped <br />and disposed of. <br />2. Underground Storage Tank Disposition Tracking Record. <br />3. Tank Disposal Certification. <br />4. Soils Sampling and Analysis Report as prepared by our <br />associate consultant, Condor Earth Technologies, Inc. <br />Please note Condor's conclusions and recommendations on <br />pages 3 and 4 of their report. We fully concur with the report. <br />At present we are negotiating with Forward Inc., seeking <br />their approval to accept the stockpile for disposal at their <br />Class II Facility in Manteca. <br />As soon as we receive the approval from Forward, we will <br />transport the stockpile to them and backfill the hole the same <br />day.
