A description of <br /> each type of sampling activity is presented in the following sections. <br /> 4.1 Sample Collection <br /> 4.1.1 Stockpile Samples (SP-1 through SP-29) <br /> Messrs. Rene Sanchez and Rollin Hall of Neil O. Anderson & Associates, on December 23 and <br /> 24, 1998, collected 29 soil samples (labeled SP-1 through SP-29) from the five stockpiles of soil <br /> removed from the UST excavation of about 715 to 800 cy. The sampling was conducted in <br /> ® accordance with instructions from Mr. Travena of the SJCEHD.
