UST Closure Report <br /> Sharpe Defense Distribution Region West <br /> Lathrop,California Page 10 <br /> The sampling program consisted of the collection of a total of 123 soil samples and 8 <br /> groundwater samples from the UST excavation, stockpiles, dispenser sites, and product piping <br /> trenches as shown in Figures 4, 5, 6 and 7. Rene Sanchez and Rollin Hall of Neil O. Anderson & Associates, on December 23 and <br /> 24, 1998, collected 29 soil samples (labeled SP-1 through SP-29) from the five stockpiles of soil <br /> removed from the UST excavation of about 715 to 800 cy. The sampling was conducted in <br /> ® accordance with instructions from Mr. Travena of the SJCEHD.
