On 7/5/91 1 contacted your office by phone to indicate that <br />we still had not received this information, and I was told it was to be sent. To this date <br />it has not yet been received. Be aware that without this paperwork we will be unable to <br />give the site a clean closure letter. <br />Please forward these documents to my attention as soon as possible. <br />Pam Violett <br />cc: Mr. Peter Precissi <br />
