R <br />-- Remove all solid material into a 17H open top drum with liner <br />-- Rinse tank with diesel fuel (approx. 5 gallons) placing the <br />diesel fuel in the bottom ofthetank and scrubbing it into <br />the walls with a long handle scrub brush <br />-- Remove diesel with vacuum truck (Check round) <br />--Repeat procedure with diesel fuel <br />--Pressure wash tank with fresh water interjecting c:ee <br />solution (ammonia wash solution) (approx. 1 gallon) into rinse ater <br />(approx. 20gallons) <br />-- <br />Scrub rinse water and c.ejer into walls of tank removing all <br />diesel residue <br />-- Remove rinse water from tank with vacuum truck (check ground) <br />--Rinse tank with fresh water (approx. 2 lo) removing n <br />residues of diesel or detergent <br />®- Remove rinse water with vacuum truck (check ground) <br />-- <br />Wipe walls of tank down withsorbent pads( rox. 5) <br />placing pads in 17H open top drumwhen soiled <br />-- Place tank on flatbed truck filling out a Bill of Lading <br />for transport to scrap yard <br />-- Place 17H drum(s) on flatbed truck and fill out a Hazardous ; <br />Waste Manifest for transport to Class 1 Disposal as a solid <br />waste. <br />Fill out Hazardous Waste Manifest for vacuum truck to transport <br />load to Class 1 Disposal as a liquid waste. <br />-- -Ceara area, equipment and load on gear truck. <br />-- Depart <br />0 <br />
