r r <br /> 2.0 TASK HAZARD ANALYSIS <br /> Task Description: SCAQMD-Rule 1666 Monitoring <br /> Air monitoring will be conducted during excavation activities in accordance with the <br /> South Coast Air Quality Management District's (SCAQMD) Rule 1166.
