9.0 CONFINED SPACE ENTRY PROCEDURES <br /> PRIOR TO ENTRY INTO ANY PERMIT-REQUIRED CONFINED SPACE THAT IS <br /> NOT EXEMPTED AND REQUIRES A WRITTEN PERMIT, YOU MUST NOTIFY THE <br /> SENIOR SAFETY OFFICER OR YOUR SUPERVISOR. <br /> Areas that might be considered confined spaces at this site include: <br /> 1. Open Excavations <br /> 2. Turbine, Fill, or Monitoring Sumps. <br /> Confined Space entry is a potential hazardous situation.
