Please change all mailing addresses directed to the. former Shell <br />Texaco / Equilon Enterprises from the following listed Offices: <br />(1). P.O. Box 5500 1150 Bayhill Dr. San Bruno, CA 94066 <br />(2). P.O: Box 4023 Concord, CA 94524 <br />(3). P.O. Box 8080 Martinez, CA 94553 <br />(4). P.O. Box 1523 Houston Texas <br />Direct future billing/ invoicing / correspondences to the Operating Project / Business Facility. <br />Except fees related to site environmental remediation acticvities, which should be directed to Alex <br />Perez at P.O. Box 6249, Carson, CA 90749-6249. Otherwise you will experience delays in <br />payments and we will not be held responsible for late penalty charges. <br />The Shell Facility's Motor Fuel Lease Agreement, Article 5.4 indicates that this is the Operating <br />Facility's responsibility. <br />I have recently received UST permit fee invoices 2/10/99, from Your Agency. I request a 30 -day <br />extension in the payment due date to coordinate: 1). Forwarding invoices to each operating facility <br />and 2). Advising Dealers of this change of payment process. <br />Attached list are those Shell and Texaco Branded Franchises within San Joaquin County affected. <br />420 W Kettleman, Lodi and 1313 E Charter, Stockton are non-operating facilities per my records - <br />payment scheduled by Equiva Services in Houston TX. Please change State A Forms section VI <br />Legal Notification and Billing to box I (Facility). I can be reached at 408/269-6156 if there are any <br />questions.
