This new <br />HMMP is intended to replace the current HMMP. The HMMP should be placed in your Green <br />Book and kept up-to-date on the premises. <br />1. Please sign all 3 copies of the HMMP where flagged and indicated with a "X" and the <br />Acknowledgement of Receipt at the bottom of this page. <br />2. Return the 2 copies marked "AGENCY" and "SHELL" and the Acknowledgement of <br />Receipt to your Shell Representative. <br />3.
