11 <br />DAILY VISUAL MONITORING PROCEDURES <br />FOR ABOVEGROUND HAZARDOUS MATERIALS <br />Hazardous Materials stored aboveground include: <br />[X] Motor Oil <br />[X] Transmission Oil <br />[X] Antifreeze <br />[ ] Grease <br />[ ] Gear Lubricant (80W/90) <br />[ ] Solvent (including parts cleaners) <br />[X] Propane <br />[ ] Battery Acid <br />[ ] Car Wash Products <br />[ ] Kerosene <br />[ ] CO2 <br />[X] Waste Oil (prior to dumping in underground tank) <br />[X] Spent Anti -freeze <br />[X] Used Oil Filters <br />The storage areas for these hazardous materials must be visually inspected every day for signs of leakage. Items <br />designated with a (*) require secondary containment with the contents of each container clearly labeled. <br />If there is a leak or spill of any of the hazardous materials, whether stored above- or underground, Dealer must follow <br />the "Emergency Response Procedures," attached. <br />5 <br />
