Shahla Farahnak of my sail has reviewed the Tune 10, <br />1996 third -par -Ly evaluation report and other suppiemental data submitted for the Veeder- <br />Root Continuous Automatic Tank Gauging System (TLS Series 300/400 with CSLD). This <br />evaluation has been performed in accordance with the Evaivation Protocol for Continuous <br />In -Tank Leak Detection Systems, iY1RI, April 7, 1995. We are pleased to inform you that <br />the enclosed description sheet (Enclosure 1) will be included in our next leak detecrion <br />equipment list. , <br />Please, note that this system is approved as "Other Test Methods" under the provisions of <br />California Code of Regulations,.Title 23, .Section 2643(b)(5). In accordance :with our <br />review, this system is accepted as a sand -alone monthly monitoring method for <br />underground storage tanks. The system must complete a conclusive test report every <br />month. We understand that there have been no hardware or software-chanszes to this <br />system to obtain recertification under the April 7, 1995 protocol (Enclosure 2). <br />Our review helps Califorua's Iocal anencies to implement the underzround storzze tank <br />regulations.
