COMMENT - Specify the role of Beaudreau Model 406 pump cut-off in the monitoring system. Submit the drawing and literature on how it is wired and how it will meet Title 23 Section 2636 (g). RESPONSE - The Beaudreau equipment will not be used at this site. We were informed on other projects in your district that is not approved. The brochures were submitted by mistake for this project. 5. COMMENT - Specify which overfill prevention valves will be installed. RESPONSE - The overfill prevention valve to be used is the OPW #61 SO -4100 (see attached brochure cut -sheet). 6. COMMENT - Specify which flex -catch will be installed. Application indicates 15 gallon EBW, the brochure indicates 5 gallon EBW with no drain and not listed by EBW. RESPONSE - The EBW #705-458-01 (5) gallon manhole is to be used for the vapor & the EBW #715-456-01 (15) gallon manhole is to be used for the fills. Please see attached brochures. 7. COMMENT - Provide the proposed location of the monitoring panel. RESPONSE - The monitoring panel is to be located next to the existing electrical panel that is adjacent to the dealer's office. 8. COMMENT - Provide information on how complete pump shut down is achieved when the monitoring system failed or the alarm is activated. RESPONSE - When Iiquid is detected in the dispenser containment box or the turbine containment rod, power to the sub -pumps is cut-off and can only be restored by an authorized service technician who determines the root of the problem.
