Monitoring system as indicated on plan (Ronan) is not the <br />same as on permit application (Veeder-Root). <br />Specify which monitoring system will be installed and <br />submit appropriate brochure. <br />2. Specify which hydrostatic reservoir sensor and TLS tank <br />monitoring probe will be installed. <br />3. Specify the role of Veeder-Root Pressurized Line Leak <br />Detector System in the monitoring system. Provide the <br />model number of this unit. This unit must also be listed <br />on SWRCB LG 113-9 Underground Storage Tank and Line Leak <br />Detection Methods. <br />4. Specify the role of Beaudreau Model 406 Pump Cut -Off in the <br />monitoring system. Submit the drawing and literature on <br />how it is wired and how it will meet Title 23 Section <br />2636(g). <br />5. Specify which overfill prevention valves will be installed. <br />6. Specify which flex -catch will be installed. Application <br />indicates 15 gallon EBW, the brochure indicates 5 gallon <br />EBW with no drain and not listed by EBW. <br />7. Provide the proposed location of the monitoring panel. <br />8.
