Specify which hydrostatic reservoir sensor (ie. single or <br />dual float) will be used. Provide model number. <br />2. Specify which sump sensor will be used. 2 sensors are <br />proposed. <br />3. Specify what kind of dispenser sump will be used and how it <br />will be monitored. Submit cut sheets to EHD. <br />4. Flex hose served as secondary containment for piping is <br />allowed under dispenser as the last connection only. <br />5. All lines shall be tested for at least 30 minutes, not 20 <br />minutes as proposed. <br />6. Provide a detailed information on how complete pump shut <br />off is done. Submit drawing if possible. <br />7. Specify how tanks will be anchored. Submit calculation <br />with engineer certification if it is not provided by the <br />tank manufacture. <br />8. In future, please submit a site specific and precise plan <br />for approval. A non -site specific and not precise plan <br />will not be accepted for reviewing. <br />Please submit above information to San Joaquin County Environmental <br />Health Division.
