Defendants shall pay to Plaintiff the sum of ELEVEN THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED <br />FIFTY DOLLARS ($11,250.00), as and for civil penalties, pursuant to Health and Safety Code <br />§25299. Said payment shall be made pgyable to the SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br />ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH DEPARTMENT - ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH DIVISIOV <br />TRUST. Said payments shall be delivered to the San Joaquin County Office of the District Attorney, <br />Environmental Prosecutions Unit, as per the following payment schedule: <br />$7,500.00 — On or before July 15, 2014 <br />$3,750.00 — On or before August 15, 2014 <br />7. Defendants shall pay to Plaintiff the sum of ELEVEN THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED <br />FIFTY DOLLARS ($11,250.00), as and for civil penalties, pursuant to Business and Professions <br />Code section 17206. Said payments shall be made payable to the TREASURER OF SAN JOAQUIN <br />COUNTY and delivered to the San Joaquin County Office of the District Attorney, Environmental <br />Prosecutions Unit, as per the following payment schedule: <br />$3,750.00 — On or before August 15, 2014 <br />$7,500.00 — On or before September 15, 2014 <br />8. Defendant shall be penalized, as and for civil penalties, pursuant to Business and <br />Professions Code sections 17200 et seq., in addition to those civil penalties set forth in paragraphs 6 <br />and 7, SIXTY-FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($65,000.00). However, it is stipulated by all parties <br />that the entire additional SIXTY-FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($65,000.00), in civil penalties <br />shall be stayed for a period of five (5) years as long as the Defendant complies with each of the <br />following Statutes and Regulations: <br />a. Health and Safety Code section 25284.2; <br />b. Health and Safety Code section 25291(b); <br />c. California Code of Regulations, title 23 section 2630(4); <br />d. Health and Safety Code section 25290.1(d); and <br />e. Health and Safety Code section 25290.1(e); <br />9.
