THE, PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA, by and through JAMES P. <br />2 WILLETT, District Attorney of San Joaquin County, bring this action in the public interest and in the <br />3 name of THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA and hereby allege: <br />4 JURISDICTION AND VENUE <br />5 3. The Defendants transact business within the County of San Joaquin and elsewhere <br />6 throughout the State of California. The alleged violations of the law, hereinafter described, have <br />7 been carried out within said San Joaquin County and elsewhere throughout the State of California. <br />8 The alleged actions of the Defendants and each of them, jointly and separately, as set out below, are <br />9 in violation of the law and public policy of the State of California. Unless enjoined and restrained by <br />10 an order of this court, the Defendants will continue to retain the means to engage in unlawful action <br />11 and practices and courses of conduct set out below. <br />12 DEFENDANTS <br />13 4. Defendant CALIFORNIA FUEL SUPPLY, INC., a California corporation, a business of <br />14 unknown type of organization, is, and at all times relevant herein was, engaged in the business of <br />15 GASOLINE STATION, located at 2575 COUNTRY CLUB BOULEVARD, STOCKTON, <br />16 CALIFORNIA. <br />17 5. Defendant CALIFORNIA FUEL SUPPLY, INC., a California corporation dba <br />18 COUNTRY CLUB 76 GAS STATION, a business of unknown type of organization, is, and at all <br />19 times relevant herein was, engaged in the business of GASOLINE STATION, located at 2575 <br />20 COUNTRY CLUB BOULEVARD, STOCKTON, CALIFORNIA. <br />21 6. Defendant MO MAD N. AHMADI, individually and as an officer of CALIFORNIA <br />22 FUEL SUPPLY, INC., a California corporation is, and at all times relevant herein was, engaged in <br />23 the business of GASOLINE STATION, located at 2575 COUNTRY CLUB BOULEVARD, <br />24 STOCKTON, CALIFORNIA. <br />25 7. Defendant MOHAMMAD N.
