The 87 octane spill container failed when tested. All spill containers shall have a minimum <br />capacity of five gallons and be capable of containing a spill or overfill until it is detected or cleaned up. <br />Immediately contact a properly licensed, trained, and certified contractor to repair or replace the spill <br />container under permit and inspection of the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department <br />(EHD). <br />406. The dispenser % annular space sump sensor failed when tested. The sensors monitoring the <br />liquid level in the interstitial space shall be maintained so that a breach in the primary or secondary <br />containment is detected before the hazardous substance is released into the environment. Correct <br />immediately by having a properly licensed, trained, and certified contractor replace the failed component <br />with a functional component (LG 113-x listed, if applicable) and obtain a permit within one business day <br />from the EHD. If the failed component can't be replaced immediately, there is a possibility that the <br />gasoline part of the UST system may be red tagged to prevent fuel inputs. <br />ALL EHD STAFF TIME ASSOCIATED WITH FAILING TO COMP BY THE ABOVE NOTED DATES WILL BE BILLED AT THE CURRENT HOURLY RATE. <br />THIS FAC LITY IS SUBJECT TO REINS C 1 AT ANY TIME AT END'S CURRENT HOURLY RATE. <br />
