6 <br />9 s <br />trained(3) Within 24 hours of discovering a variation which exceeds the allowable variation, have <br />all readily accessible facilities carefully inspected for leakage by appropriately <br />persons; <br />(4) Have all dispenser meters as sociated with hazardous substance withdrawal checked for <br />calibration within 24 hours of completing.the procedure required in subsection (3) <br />immediatelyabove. <br />(5) Continue to conduct inventory reconciliation according to the requirements of this <br />section., If a second 30 -day period of data confirms the initial results, the owner or <br />operatorshall complywith VrequirementsofArticleofthis chapter,and <br />(6) Conduct such additional tests or Investigations as may be required by the local agency. <br />Whenever any of the steps in subsection (k) of this section are performed, the results shall be <br />documented in the monitoring record required under section 2712 of Article 10 of this <br />chapter. If completion of any one of these steps indicates an inventory reconciliation error <br />that, when corrected, indicates that allowable variations have not been exceeded, then the <br />remainder of the steps need not be completed. It completion of any of these steps indicates that <br />•: apparent 1 wvariation• due to release ortank <br />failure, <br />. rremainderof <br />Authority:the steps need not be completed. <br />(m) The transfer of hazardous substances into and out of the underground storage tank may continua <br />while the steps Indicated in subsection (k) are being implemented provided the steps indicated <br />are completed within the specified periods.
