Alleged Violation: The UST Program Inspection Report stated, "#5 +6, Monitoring <br /> plan needs to be updated. The current monitoring plan on file with this office does not <br /> indicate that an electronic line leak detector is installed in the 87 (blue)tank. Also,update <br /> plan with overfill prevention mechanism to be used at this facility. Retain a copy of the <br /> updated monitoring plan onsite. Correct by 5/20/05." In the corresponding Violation <br /> checklist, a check was placed next to"CCR 2632(c)(2)(D)Monitoring& Response plan <br /> is current and filed with the local agency" and a check mark was placed next to"CCR <br /> 2712(i)Monitoring &response plan is onsite." <br /> Response: The March 2003 inspection conducted at this facility by San Joaquin EHD <br /> asked for an updated Monitoring& Response plan, "...monitoring plan should be <br /> specific regarding types of monitoring performed for each tank separately. Provide <br /> complete M&R plan to EHD by 4/25/03." An updated Monitoring&Response Plan,with <br /> specific information regarding each tank's line leak detection was mailed with the 2003 <br />
