BP understands the underground storage tank (UST) requirements <br /> applicable to the subject facility. I have personally reviewed the results of the CUPA <br /> inspection report dated March 18, 2004. Based on this review I believe that BP was in <br /> compliance with the applicable UST requirements on March 18, 2004.
