Contact EHD to arrange an inspection of the new spill buckets and the new overfill <br /> prevention system prior to returning this facility to full operation. <br /> Z. Spill buckets must have a minimum of 5-gallon capacity. <br /> 3. Contact EHD to perform a 24-hour lake test on the new fill/vapor sumps. <br /> 4. A 3rd party tank integrity test must be performed once the site is returned to operating <br /> conditions. Results must be received by EHD within 7 days of returning the site to <br /> operating condition. <br /> 5. Contact the Fire Department and San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District for <br /> applicable permits. <br /> 6. Allow 48-hour advance notice for scheduling inspections with this office. <br /> 7.
