Alleged Violation: The UST Program Inspection Report stated, "Maintenance + <br /> monitoring records were not available for review. Alarm history shows regular sump#2 <br /> in alarm Jan 2, 04 and Dec 29, 03; Super piping sump in alarm on Feb 2, 04. <br /> Maintenance for clearing the above alarms was not recorded. Begin keeping records of <br /> all alarms and maintenance immediately." In the corresponding Violation checklist, a <br /> check was placed next to"CCR 2712(b) Maintenance &monitoring records." <br /> Response: I have met with the management of this station to discuss the importance of <br /> maintaining complete maintenance and monitoring records at the facility. We also <br /> reviewed the protocols for maintaining and updating the UST alarm log. This station is <br /> now properly maintaining its maintenance and repair records. The records at this facility <br /> will be reviewed on a periodic basis to ensure that the records continue to be maintained <br /> in accordance with the requirements of the California Code of Regulations. <br />
