A complete description of work performed must be submitted prior to scheduling <br /> the final inspection. <br /> 2. If any piping is to be repaired or replaced Environmental Health Department <br /> (EHD)must be notified so that an inspection can be arranged and parts can be <br /> approved prior to commencing work.Per Environmental Health assessment of <br /> findings, new plans and a permit application may be required to be submitted. <br /> 3. Soil sampling may be necessary per Environmental Health assessment. <br /> 4. A third party line integrity test, on the primary piping, of all exposed lines must <br /> be performed by a certified technician once concrete/asphalt is poured. Results <br /> must be received by this office prior to a final inspection. <br /> 5. If concrete is broken near the underground storage tank a tank integrity test must <br /> be performed by a certified tank tester once concrete/asphalt is poured. Results <br /> must be received by this office prior to a final inspection. <br /> 6. A lake test will be required on any sumps that require repair/replacement. <br /> 7. EHD must witness a 30-minute pressure test and soap test on all repaired/replaced <br /> piping prior to backfill. <br /> 8. Arrange a final inspection with this office prior to returning this station into full <br /> service.
