Contact the fire department and San Joaquin Valley Air District for any applicable <br /> permits. <br /> 2. Any changes shall be submitted to EHD for approval prior to commencing work. <br /> All new addendums supercede the previous ones. <br /> 3. A 24-hour lake test must be performed and witness by this department on the vapor <br /> knock out sump. <br /> 4. All lines shall be tested for line tightness in accordance to manufacturer's guidelines by a <br /> licensed tank tester before placing this station into full service. Results are to be <br /> submitted to EHD at the time of the final inspection or before. <br /> 5. If concrete is broken near the underground storage tanks they must be tested for tightness, <br /> in accordance to manufacture guidelines, by a licensed tank tester. Results are to be <br /> submitted to EHD at the time of the final inspection or before. <br /> 6. Environmental Health must perform a final inspection prior to operating. <br /> 7.
