Main Street <br /> Stockton, CA 95202 <br /> RE: Response to Inspection <br /> ARCO Facility No. 2133 <br /> 2908 Benjamin Holt Drive <br /> nCalifornia <br /> Stockton, <br /> Dear Mr. Yang: <br /> This letter has been prepared to provide a follow-up to the inspection completed on April <br /> 16, 2007 for ARCO Facility No. 2133 located at 2908 Benjamin Holt Drive in Stockton, <br /> California(Attachment A). <br /> The inspection report stated that there were issues with the Stage I equipment at the site. <br /> The following is BP's response to the items noted during the inspection. <br /> • HSC 25291 (e): Water in 2° containment analyzed and disposed of—Liquid was <br /> found in the((91)turbine sump. Secondary containment shall be kept free of <br /> liquid and debris at all times. Immediately,make a hazardous waste <br /> determination of the liquid and dispose of properly per Title 22 hazardous waste <br /> regulations. <br /> The Inspection Report states that at the time of the inspection,there was liquid present in <br /> the turbine sump of the premium underground storage tank(UST). During the facility <br /> inspection testing activities on April 16,2007 witnessed by you,the liquid was removed <br /> by the technicians and placed into the onsite hazardous waste drums. According to the <br /> technicians,the amount of liquid out of the turbine and fill sumps was less than '/4 of an <br /> inch and located on the opposite side of the product piping. In addition,the sensors in the <br /> turbine sump were tested for proper operation during the facility inspection testing <br />
