This version supersedes all previous versions. <br /> This is a Routine and Monitoring System Certification inspection. The following are Minor-Notice to <br /> Comply violations: # 310, 311 <br /> 310. About 1-2 gallons of liquid in the premium-octane STP sump and about 1/4 gallon of liquid in the <br /> 87-octane slave STP sump were observed. If water could enter into the secondary containment by <br /> precipitation or infiltration, it must be removed and disposed of properly. Immediately remove this liquid, <br /> make a hazardous waste determination per Title 22 hazardous waste regulations, and manage it <br /> accordingly. Observed technician removed and placed the liquid in the hazardous waste container on <br /> site. Violation was corrected. <br /> 311. The 87-octane line leak detector failed to detect a leak when tested. All line leak detectors shall be <br /> capable of detecting a 3-gallon per hour leak at 10 psi. The service technician adjusted the leak <br /> detector, retested it, and it passed. Violation was corrected. <br /> Note <br /> The original inspection report has been revised after BP demonstrated that the financial responsibility <br /> document was submitted to EHD on January 7, 2013.
