The following are Minor-Notice to <br /> Comply violations: #104, 310, 311 <br /> 104. Financial responsibility documents have not been submitted to the EHD. The last financial <br /> responsibility document submitted to EHD was for coverage period between January 1, 2012 through <br /> January 1, 2013. Current financial responsibility documents are required to be submitted annually. A <br /> copy of the current financial responsibility documents were provided to EHD during this inspection. <br /> Violation was corrected. <br /> 310. About 1-2 gallons of liquid in the premium-octane STP sump and about 1/4 gallon of liquid in the <br /> 87-octane slave STP sump were observed. If water could enter into the secondary containment by <br /> precipitation or infiltration, it must be removed and disposed of properly. Immediately remove this liquid, <br /> make a hazardous waste determination per Title 22 hazardous waste regulations, and manage it <br /> accordingly. Observed technician removed and placed the liquid in the hazardous waste container on <br /> site. Violation was corrected. <br /> 311. The 87-octane line leak detector failed to detect a leak when tested. All line leak detectors shall be <br /> capable of detecting a 3-gallon per hour leak at 10 psi. The service technician adjusted the leak <br /> detector, retested it, and it passed.
