Ensure a copy is available for inspection at any time. <br />This is a Class II violation. <br />108 CCR 2637 Failed to test secondary containment. <br />Secondary containment testing was last performed on May 9, 2012 and was due by May 2015. Testing has not been <br />completed and is 13 months past due. Secondary containment testing is required once every 36 months. <br />Immediately schedule this test and provide 48 hours notification to the EHD. <br />This is a Class II violation. <br />110 CCR 2638(a) Failed to test monitoring and leak detection equipment annually. <br />Annual monitoring system certification and leak detector testing were last performed on February 25, 2013 and was <br />due by February 2014, February 2015 and February 2016.Testing has not been completed and is 40 months past due. <br />These tests are required once every 12 months. Immediately schedule these tests and provide 48 hours notification to <br />the EHD.
