A valid, current certificate of training from the manufacturer(s) of the component(s) <br />being installed, and <br />c. A valid, current UST Installation/Retrofitting certificate issued by the International <br />Code Council (ICC). <br />6. All components must be certified by an independent testing organization and labeled as <br />required by the organization (UL, ULC, ANSI, API, ASTM, etc.). See California Code of <br />Regulations (CCR) Title 23, Chapter 16, Table B for a complete list. <br />7. Update and submit a copy of the "UST Monitoring Plan" for EHD approval. An approved <br />copy will be returned for on site records. <br />8. Permit expires 180 days from the date of approval.
