A valid, current certificate of training from the manufacturer(s) of the component(s) <br />being tested, repaired, or serviced. <br />5. Qualified installers must possess or work under the direct and personal supervision of an <br />individual physically present at the work site who possesses all of the following: <br />a. A valid, current contractor's license issued by the Contractors State License Board, <br />and <br />b. A valid, current certificate of training from the manufactureqs) of the component(s) <br />being installed, and <br />c. A valid, current UST Installation/Retrofitting certificate issued by the International <br />Code Council (ICC). <br />6. Update and submit a copy of the "UST Monitoring Plan" for EHD approval if liquid <br />sensors or the monitoring panel is replaced with different models. An approved copy will' <br />be returned for on site records. <br />7. All components must be certified by an independent testing organization and labeled as <br />required by the organization (UL, ULC, ANSI, API, ASTM, etc.).
