The store operator, Abhi Markendey, was <br />working in the store which was not open for business. Abhi turned the monitoring panel on, during the <br />inspection, by switching on a circuit breaker switch. When the monitoring panel was powered on, three <br />alarms printed on the panel print out: "double wall tank #:1 leak alarm", "regular sump tank #:2 leak <br />alarm", and "low level in tank 2". <br />Maintain continuous UST system monitoring at all times. Immediately have a qualified technician <br />resolve the leak alarm conditions. Document repairs done on the UST system in the facility UST <br />monitoring system alarm log.
