Country Club Blvd, Stockton, CA 95204 <br />The San .Joaquin County Environmehtal Health Department (EHD) performed a routine underground <br />storage tank inspection on August:67, 2009 at the above referenced site. <br />An inspection report was issued to you along with a request for pertinent information necessary to bring <br />the facility into compliance with UST regulations. You were required to send this information to the EHD <br />by September 27, 2009. A complete set of information has not been received by the EHD. <br />In addition, the annual monitoring certification, leak detector and spill bucket test results were due to the <br />EHD on September 27, 2009.
