4. Single wall pressu d lines cannot be left in place unl they were put in <br /> under a permit from the EHD. If these lines were not installed under permit <br /> and inspection, the lines must be verified to have been properly installed by <br /> uncovering and inspection of the lines by a special inspector and this <br /> inspection observed by EHD staff. Sampling of the line area will also be <br /> required in order to determined if any unauthorized release has occurred. <br /> Sampling is required and must be completed under EHD permit. (CCR Title <br /> 23 section 2660 (1) (k)) <br /> 5. Any tank and line monitoring system to be proposed must be found listed in <br /> LG113#, and must meet the requirements of CCR Title 23 section 2666. This <br /> monitoring system must also provide pump shutdown upon leak detection. <br /> Per CCR Title 23 section 2660 (n) which refers to CCR Title 23 section 2635 <br /> (2A) (213) will apply to any corrosion protection system. <br /> 6.
