Reporting Format: The operator will immediately report any daily variance which exceeds 100 gallons,or two consecutive day variance which exceeds 50 gallons per day,to the District Manager and Tosco Central Maintenance Dispatch,listed under item#6. The operator will complete a Daily/Monthly Gasoline Report for each UST at the facility. At the end of the month,the operator shall manually reconcile the tank inventory,and immediately report any monthly gallon variance which exceeds the Federal Inventory Variance Limit(1%Total Monthly Throughput+ 130 Gallons)to the District Manager,as well as the responsible party for maintenance,listed under item#6. The operator shall complete the Responding to An Excessive Variance Follow-up Checklist for each occurrence,and provide a copy to the District Manager. The operator will submit the Daily/Monthly Gasoline Report to the appropriate third-party SIR vendor following the last day of the month. 8. Describe the training needed for the operation of the tank system. The operator has been trained to manually gauge and record the inventory of each tank using a gauge stick calibrated in 1/8"intervals. The operator has received training regarding the manual reconciliation of inventory data,completion of the Responding to An Excessive Variance Follow-up Checklist,and the submission of inventory data to the appropriate third-party SIR vendor on a monthly basis. The operator will ensure that all employees are properly trained regarding inventory procedures,emergency response procedures and reporting requirements. The operator of the station has been instructed regarding the proper operation of his/her station,and will follow the prescribed monitoring program for his/her station.
