Hammer Lane, Stockton <br /> The permit to retrofit the piping at the above referenced location is approved with the following <br /> conditions: <br /> 1. Contact the fire department and San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District for <br /> applicable permits. <br /> 2. If concrete is broken near the underground storage tank then, a third party certified tank <br /> integrity test must be performed and results received prior to scheduling the final inspection. <br /> 3. A third party certified piping line tightness test must be performed and results prior to <br /> scheduling the final inspection. <br /> 4. If automatic pump shut down is provided it must satisfy all conditions listed in section 2636(g) <br /> of California Code of Regulations (CCR). <br /> 5. All piping and connections shall bear a UL label. <br /> 6. All piping must slope to a containment sump with an audible and visual alarm. <br /> 7. All monitoring equipment must be listed in LG-113. <br /> 8. Per Tait Environmental, the vapor recovery line is to be capped within the diesel sump and at <br /> the Tee connection between the 91 octane and diesel tanks. Decontamination is to occur prior <br /> to capping this section of piping. Connect EHD prior to backfilling the capped pipe. Provide <br /> manifests for the decontamination rinsate. <br /> 9. Any changes in information or scope of work must be submitted to EHD prior to <br /> commencing work. <br /> 10. A final inspection must be performed prior to this returning this station to operation. <br /> 11.
