During your inspection, the following <br />deficiencies were identified: <br />• Schedule and perform the line leak detector test by March 30, 2004 <br />• Submit an as -built drawing by March 10, 2004 <br />With regards to the first bullet, please be advised that Tank -Tek is scheduled to perform the line <br />leak detectors on Friday, March 12th. Finally, attached you find an as -built drawing submitted by <br />Gettler-Ryan, Inc. <br />At this time, ConocoPhillips has addressed all the issues identified in your reports and considers <br />the matter closed. Please let me know immediately if you believe there are any unresolved <br />issues.
