I need one more thing added to the plan before I can approve it. Section X. Comments/Additional Information must also include the tank overflow prevention method statement. Typically at a site like this with mechanical flappers used for overfill prevention the statement "Tank Overfill Prevention: Mechanical flappers set at 95V is adequate. My apologies for not mentioning this in the prior email. You can also list more than one type of line leak detector in section V. and send us only one monitoring plan for the 87,91 and diesel tanks. On another subject, I approved a permit to install the EVR phase II upgrade. The permit was pulled by RHL Design Group and the construction company is Wilkey's construction. I believe that the work is complete. The permit indicates that the upgrade was done without the ISD part. Even so, I still need to inspect the site to verify that the Veeder Root panel still contains the alarm history. Can you talk with your contractor and tell him to set up an inspection of the site?
