Copies were also sent to the station. <br />Copies of service call history made to repair and retest the Bravo float and chains for dispenser 5 <br />and 7• Per Elite IV contractor, repairs and retest were completed on 03/28/2008 and San Joaquin <br />County Environmental Health witnessed the test. <br />- Copy of the signed and dated return to compliance certification <br />ConocoPhillips was not able to locate a copy of the November 2007 Designated Operator inspection <br />report.
