Contact the local fire department and the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control <br /> District for any applicable permits and requirements. <br /> 2. Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for approval <br /> prior to commencing work. All new addenda supersede the previous ones. <br /> 3. Contact Jeff Wong at (209) 468-0335 to arrange the following inspection appointments <br /> (a 48-hour notice is required for inspection appointments). Please be aware that <br /> inspections for emergency work must be scheduled within five days of permit approval. <br /> a. 24-hour hydrostatic test (or equivalent) on both 87 octane and diesel STP sumps. <br /> b. Secondary containment testing on 87 octane piping and diesel piping. <br /> 4. If concrete will be broken near the UST or piping, a secondary containment test must be <br /> performed on the UST or piping once concrete is poured in accordance with the <br /> manufacturer's guidelines. <br /> 5. Qualified service technicians must possess or work under the direct and personal <br /> supervision of an individual physically present at the work site who possesses all of the <br /> following: <br /> a. One of several permissible valid, current contractor's licenses issued by the <br /> Contractors State License Board (may be issued to the installation company), or a <br /> Tank Tester's license issued to the individual by the State Water Board, and <br /> b.
