See the attached file with areas to be completed highlighted in yellow. A second file is the monitoring <br />plan to be corrected and returned to me at the address below. <br />According to our records the following is true at your facility <br />Monitoring plan <br />Section IV. "Tank Monitoring ..." The panel manufacturer is Veeder Root and the model # is TLS -350. The leak <br />sensor manufacturer is Veeder Root and the model # is 407. <br />Section V. "Pipe Monitoring ..." The panel manufacturer is Veeder Root and the model # is TLS -350. The leak <br />sensor manufacturer is Veeder Root and the leak sensor # is 352. ELLD manufacturer is Veeder Root and the <br />model # is 8484. <br />Section X. "Comments ..."
