Under this cover,we are anplving for the Permit to Close the existing tanks. On behalf of Union <br /> Oil Company,we are submitting the following for review and comment: <br /> • Three(3)copies of the Application for Permit to Close Underground Storage Tanks Storing <br /> Hazardous Materials. <br /> • Three(3)Site Plans. <br /> • A check in the amount of$1326.00 made payable to San Joaquin County PHS. <br /> As time is of the essence,we are also requesting that the plan check process be expedited.
