All facilities are required to maintain these documents. <br /> In addition, for stations with electronic monitoring systems, you are required to <br /> check your monitoring system daily to ensure that it is operating correctly. If your <br /> system is not operating correctly or is in alarm, call your Maintenance Service <br /> Provider immediately. <br /> Please retain one copy of this Monitoring Plan at your site so that is accessible to <br /> all employees and agency personnel upon request.
