Message Page 1 of
i
Toua Yang [EH]
From: Marty Weithman [martyw@servicestationsystems.com]
Sent: Tuesday, September 11, 2007 11:11 AM
To: Toua Yang [EH]
Subject: Unocal, 2701 March Lane, Stockton
Toua,
As a follow-up to our phone conversation, I researched the work orders for teh above listed site. This is what I found out:
1. There was, in fact, one cold start of the monitoring system on 7/31/07 because of a software upgrade for the test
equipment.
2. 9/4/07: Techs discovered TLS down; tried to cold start system to clear alarm but was unsuccessful. GilbarcoNR help
desk had them swap boards to solve problem but this was not successful either. They installed ECPU2 and ISD software
version 327.04, temporarily and reprogrammed the system manually and cold started system upon which all functioned
normal. GilbarcoNR advised them to return to install permanent ECPU and software.
3. 9/5/07: GilbarcoNR supplied supplied equipment and software to upload; system cold started. System functioned
normally.
As far as I can tell, this summarizes the activity at this site.
If this is sufficient for your records, please let me know when we can schedule you for an inspection. I will work with the
tech to meet you.
Marty Weithman
Permit Compliance Officer
Service Station Systems, Inc.
680 Quinn Avenue
San Jose, CA 95112
email: mart @servicestationsy_stems.com
PH#: 408-213-6038
Fax#: 408-213-6026
9/13/2007
1
