March Lane,Stockton <br /> As a follow-up to our phone conversation, I am sending you the permit application, check <br /> and other documents relating to the upgrade of the TLS software at the above listed site. <br /> As I indicated, this location is a test site for Phase II Enhanced Vapor Recovery <br /> equipment. The software upgrade allows the monitoring system to recognize properly the <br /> working of the Carbon Canister which is currently being tested. <br /> This application requests authorization to cold start the monitoring system after the <br /> software upgrade. It also requests authorization to perform cold starts that may be <br /> necessary in the future due to testing. It is understood that should future cold starts be <br /> required,that we will notify your agency in advance and that inspections will be required. <br /> We also understand that we will be billed at the customary rate after the inspections. <br /> If you need any additional information or have any questions,please let me know as soon <br /> as possible. <br /> Please send a copy of the permit to me at the address below.
