WPA!IW nC A =11 <br />I am enclosing the permit application and check for the emergency turbine relay <br />replacement at the Unocal 76, 2701 March Lane, in Stockton that took place on 3/31/15. <br />The scope of work was limited to the replacement of one Red Jacket Product Contactor <br />relay (RJ 079-425-1) on the 87 tank (#1), However, we may need to return to replace the <br />relay on the 91 tank (#2) as it appears "pretty bad" according to the technician. So this <br />application includes the completed work and the anticipated work, if necessary. <br />If you need any additional information or have any questions, please call me. Please send <br />the permit to me at the address below. No catalog cut sheet for the relays is available. <br />Thank you for your help in this matter.
