Job site will be barricaded off and construction caution tape <br />will be used around working area. <br />G. Construction personnel to work in safe and organized manner. <br />H. In the event that chemicals or hazardous materials other than <br />already known to PHS/EHD, Site Safety Officer will notify <br />PHS/EHD immediately and not over 24 hour tkme span. <br />I. The following safety equipment and clothing shall be worn at <br />job site as per code #29CFR-1910-120. (Class D) <br />(A) Safety Goggles (C) Steel Toe Shoes <br />(B) Hard Hats (D) Overalls -if needed <br />` <br />J. If needed fire extinguishers will be present on location on <br />Site Safety Officer's vehicle. <br />If an injury occurs, take the following action: <br />o Get medical attention for the injured person immediately. <br />o Notify the Site Safety Officer and Site Team Leader. <br />o Depending on the type and severity of the injury, notify the <br />Corporate Counsulting Physician or the occupational physician <br />for the injured person. <br />-4- <br />
