Their test results are included as an attachment to this letter. <br />The test demonstrated our exceptionally strong shear valve attachment <br />design for all dispensers by meeting the deflection and shearing <br />requirements. <br />Further research indicates that the "AMCON ELITE" exceeds the <br />requirements of the industry which addresses the "Dispenser Mounting <br />Assembly Series Emergency Valve Mounting Frame Systems". <br />We have also gone on record with the State of California Water Resources <br />Control Board as to the testing procedures and the results of the NTS test. <br />Our quality and design as proven by the testing gives you the confidence <br />to aggressively market this product. <br />ectfully, <br />Richard DiMaggio, President. <br />
